The ARGUS Business School was launched on April 11, 2020, in the company's training room by Argus (Suzhou) Fluid Power Technology Co., Ltd. To increase the core competitiveness of the company, ARGUS Business School has put together a team of expert lecturers that use both face-to-face and online teaching methods as well as multi-track training. This platform allows all members of the ARGUS family to develop their own capabilities.

Director Yang, the ARGUS Business School's special instructor, decided on the course material and overall course direction before the training even started. The pupils rapidly went into a learning mode under the instructor's direction, making it clear to everyone that skill must be acquired physically. The major topic of life, work, and living is the so-called "live to learn and learn endlessly." So that you won't be quickly rejected and removed by the continuously changing world, approach everything with a responsible attitude and regularly recharge yourself.

The lecturer then split the class into four groups, allowing each person to choose their own traits, and formed teams based on those attributes. These traits were shared by every group member, who also chose the group name, slogan, and logo as well as the leader who pushed the organization ahead. The "team leader" is the leader, "the power director" is the one who organizes and motivates the team members, "the learning director" is the one who guides the team members to learn and grow together, and "the cultural director" is the one who promotes the cultural traits of the group.
The instructor allowed everyone to see the "Common Good" movie, teaching them the spirit of squirrels, the manner of beavers, and the talent of wild animals, after each group had created and shared its own group culture.




Everyone will experience pressure and areas that require improvement at work or in life. Through practice, the mentor constructs the Tower of Argus, enabling everyone to collaborate and assess their own strengths and potential for improvement.
The partners started talking among themselves, generating ideas, and coming to a decision to start the deployment as soon as the guidelines were released. Solidarity and mutual support, a clear division of labor, a common purpose, and a broad viewpoint on problems are all essential components of a successful team. Success will be ours when everyone is working toward the same objective and has heartfelt faith in themselves.
At work, the same holds true. Because this active commitment enables us to take steps to improve execution, commitment has a power that is quite strong.

Anyone on the path to advancement must make this decision for themselves. And self-transcendence, the students shared in groups and made promises with the instructor's assistance.

Everyone has benefited greatly and received many new ideas as a result of this investigation. The learners actively discuss and share their training, which helps them spread and better internalize their own benefits.
The only thing that will keep a business competitive in the long run is learning. Only ongoing learning can raise the management standard and quality overall.
